
Esta receta de caramelo se hace en 5 minutos, es muy económica y fácil de hacer y además se puede utilizar en multitud de postres. ¡Así que anímate y hazlo tu mismo en casa!
Ingredientes:
- 50 g de azúcar
- 4 cucharadas de agua
- 1 gotas de limón
Preparación:
- Poner en un cazo el azúcar junto con 1 cucharadita de agua y las gotas de limón.
- Cocer a fuego medio bajo.
- Cuando el azúcar comience a burbujear sin llegar a remover añadir 3 cucharadas de agua, cocer hasta que el azúcar tenga el dorado deseado, suele ser a los 5 minutos de cocción. Cuidado que se quema muy rápidamente.
- Si se hace caramelo de mas, puede guardarse en el frigorífico durante semanas. A la hora de utilizarlo sólo tendrá que calentarlo de nuevo.
Se puede utilizar para flanes, tartas, etc.
